Procedure
Communication is the key. Let us know what you need (requested services, language, format, deadline…) and we will inform you about any question you ask us. Here you will see how easy is the process. Just follow the described steps:
1. You send us your audiovisual production
Send us your shortfilm, documentary, film, etc. to info@ponlesubtitulos.com
You just need to attach the video file to the email!
In case it is a large file, you can upload it to Google Drive
and share it to us, or you can use any free file-sharing sites
(WeTransfer, Mega, MyAirBridge, Wormhole…)
You can also upload it to Vimeo and share us the private link.
It is up to you.
2. Our team subtitles it in the desired language
Once we have watched your video, we will give you a quote based on the volume of work and the deadline you set us. From the moment
you give us the green light, our team will get to work. We take care of our orders with love, thoroughness and professionalism.
3. Delivery: within the designated delivery time and format
After completion of the service, we will send you the final work in the requested format. Remember that in the subtitling service, we offer both the subtitle file (from a .SRT to a .XML for DCP) and the burn-in (a video file with subtitles embedded withprofessional encoding tools).
Until we have your compliance in respect of the product, we will not feel satisfied. In PONLE SUBTÍTULOS we are very perfectionists and committed to our clients.

If you request a service that is not based on audiovisual translation, the procedure would be the same. The only thing that would change would be the first step. If it is a script translation or a text translation, we need you to send us the text file and… c’est fini!
