WHO WE ARE
About Us
We are the first audiovisual translation agency established in Andalucía, formed by a multilingual team of professional translators in the field, with native leven in the target language. We offer subtitling services for international film festivals, film distributors and VOD platforms. We also work for several countries from Europe, North America and South America.
The founders? Victoria Revilla and Paloma Revilla, two twin sisters born in Almería, the land of cinema. Since childhoold we have been passionate about cinema. We used to collect VHS tapes when we were just four, and were excited about the mere fact of going to the video store around the corner to rent movies. Arguably, we were cinephile when we had no idea of what that meant.
Another passion that has always accompanied us is languages. We spent our adolescence watching European TV series and films in original version. So, when we get to college, it was clear to us that we wanted to do a degree in English Studies.
Meanwhile, we started our careers as film directors, getting experience in shortfilms directing and film scripts’ creation (technical and literary). To this day, we can say that this experience has provided us knowledge and skills that benefit us in our work every day.
This love for cinema and languages led us to the Master’s Degree in Audiovisual Translation: Localization, Subtitling and Dubbing, where we discovered our true calling:to internationalize each work we receive, breaking any barrier related to culture or impairment.
From this symbiosis of fiction and translation comes
